It is a composite and useful extension to the town, rather than another field full of expensive houses and no facilities. The Brook Farm estate has about a million pounds of cars on the roadways and about £20 of unwanted paint tins in the garages – please consider off street parking.

Employment opportunities are always welcome, but realistically there are many empty industrial units around the area already. Why not make the development Housing and Health Centre?
