We are proposing a sustainable mix of uses on the site which will deliver:
- A Health and Social Care Centre; and/or
- Business/commercial uses (eg. office, industrial and warehousing accommodation) and
- A small local shop; and
- Housing
We estimate that the employment and healthcare uses on the site could provide up to 330 jobs. In the region of 90 dwellings could be provided.
